Good conditions, for the age nearly 2years old. the only thing that's not working is the Jog Dial scroll, but you still can operates the WHOLE FUNCTIONS with touch screen (stylus pen). very little scratches on the bottom end, no scratch on screen as it always got screen protector (might needs a new one, as the screen protector got some scratches from the uses of hand writing, but this doesn't effects any of the functions,new one only cost $4)

Awesome music phone (MP3 player). Loaded with heaps of games,themes and applications, even got Bible applications...:o)
